I am in love with our giant tree. Each week it completely changes. Just the other week it was covered in some kind of flower, and all you could hear was the gentle hummm of a mass of bees, happily going about their important business, way above our heads.

I've turned my hand to drawing on ceramics! It was really really fun.
Now I'm scouring the Op Shops for more good cups and plates to do more more more.

While procrastinating doing stuff on today's to-do list, I have managed to fill my Etsy store like never before. And there's still more I haven't even listed yet. Last night I was rewarded for taking the rubbish out to the bin. I saw fireflies for the first time in my life! Coming up from the creek into our back garden, floating around slowly like fish, blinking on and off. Coming in close and then drifting away. Most definitely one of the coolest things I've ever seen.

Where am I? Where have I been? What am I doing?

I couldn't tell you to be honest. I'm not sure myself. I all started a few weeks ago when I reached the "reading deprivation" week in The Artsists Way. (I'm doing The Artists Way again, this time with a small group of other people, it's good doing it in a group).

Anyway, yes, the reading deprivation week...

The best way for me to avoid reading for a week was to avoid the computer all together, and since then I just haven't had much of an inkling to return. Sorry folks. I hope you are all well.

I might try and turn my blog into a twitter type thing for a week, just to get myself back into the habit. Tweet to you soon.
