I'm so overwhelmed by all the flooding in QLD. I watched too much footage today, and am now numb and hurting.

We've been seeing it on the news here. My mind can't grasp the horror of it, it's just too big.
It's all SO surreal... I've taken myself away from the telly because what has happened out west (Grantham and Toowoomba) is unthinkably awful. And twenty metres away the Brisbane River keeps rising! We'll be safe and dry but stranded for a few days. I can only hope everyone else is safe as well.
