Can you believe I actually remembered my bloggy birthday this year? Unbelievable I tell you. Lucky, because it's a special one too. 5! FIVE!
Five years I've been doing this. Good God.
Anyway, I thought I should celebrate with a giveaway or something. (Sorry for the ambiguity. Although I did remember my bloggy birthday, that only happened about an hour ago, so I don't have anything specifically organised.)

the most memorable post for me was when you wrote about being in curvy, as your artwork in the book marked the moment i discovered your brilliance.
Five years. Oh, I am such a novice. I salute your longevity.
Now, as for fav post, it's like asking a friend: "which joke or amusing quip of mine is the best". Or: "name a time you think I looked fantastic". Can't be done. You are a friend because we love all of you. You, in this case, are a blog your readers gravitate because we like the whole kit and caboodle. That's how it is for me anyhoot. So, hip hip hooray, hiop hip hooray, hip hip hooray, and here's to five more years.
You want me to pick a favorite?! Eeek! I guess I'll go with the series of posts about your wedding (sorry! I couldn't just pick one!) because I learned so much more about you (and Mr. You) in such a short amount of time. It was lovely to share in your happiness for that moment. I just love that I've found a friend in you through blogging and that the miles between our lives seem so small in this little community! Happy Bloggy Birthday!

You have a beautiful gift with your illustrations. I gave "curious" to a friend this week and i could tell she loved it and it meant something to her, that sunflower glowing from the girls heart - beautiful.
But my favourite is "sacrifice" that one i got given and it really touched me. I told you that at finders keepers! Hope you had a successful time!
oh and the cafe mural you did it is awesome!!! i want to visit that cafe next time I am up the coast!

Oh wow! You are five! Amazing! I've lost count on how old G+N is...6, 7? I have no clue, HAHA. I don't know if it was my faaaaaavorite, there are too many posts to love, but the first post that popped into my head was the commission that you did for sweet Renee. That piece of artwork was so full of love, and I am sure that her family will treasure it for a long, long time.
Congrats on five years that's fantastic! In commorative style I'll pick 5 faves that spring to mind. In no particualr order: love your musings on your trips to Sydney, having your cards selected to be in the Art Gallery of NSW shop-your excitement was contagious, definitely the wedding posts and lead up to the big day, your photo's from your honey moon and finally I have to agree with Meg the giveaway results animation...very cool indeed!..So that's my five ;-)

Five years, wow! And you are such a diligent blogger too!
Finding your blog was an accident, as I was searching for anyone else with the word "flossy" in their title, but it was a happy accident!
You have many entries that I have immensely enjoyed and appreciated. You lovely artwork; the Tilli stories, and how she came into your life; reading about all the incredible details of your gorgeous wedding. There are also a couple of entries that I really appreciate for your honesty. You aren't just a 'happy blogger', but also share your real emotions, and like any normal being that means they aren't always positive. Sometimes these entries made me (selfishly) feel less alone.
I may not comment very often anymore, but you are one of the few blogs which I still follow regularly. Here's to another prolific five years of blogging! Hip hip!

I loved watching your creative process for creating the mural. The video was just fantastically and beautifully shot - a perfect reflection of your art and work ethic.
Definitely your wedding ones were a favourite of mine. And the one where you were posting about colour inspirations... the yellow sticks in my mind the most. Congratulations on five years!
I have to admit I particularly loved the ones about the imaginary cat.
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, I am soo soooo soooo soooo sad to have missed this.

I have so loved seeing all your art... and the fact that my name is in the imaginary friends list on the side of your blog! I love that I have met you in this crazy world and that you make me smile whenever I see your posts (even if I do read them a few at a time!)
Problem is I can't read them at before work because for some reason your pictures don't display at work, and I have to see your lovely pictures or it just isn't the same!
